More apartments for Anna, plus retail space

The first rental units will be available in April 2025, says economic development director Joey Grisham.

Construction will start in October for a mixed-use project with 5,000 square feet of retail space and 320 apartment units in Anna.

Irving-based apartment builder JPI is behind the $80 million project, which will be located on 11 acres at East Finley Boulevard and Sharp Street, according to recent records filed with the state.

Amenities will include stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, private yards, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a top-of-the-line fitness center with yoga studio, a community park with a playground and a dog park, according to the city’s economic development director Joey Grisham.
