The Dallas Morning News is committed to serving a wide and diverse audience and is dedicated to making our products digitally accessible and user-friendly for all. Through our entire cycle of design, development and quality assurance processes, digital accessibility is a key factor for our teams.

Accessing Accessibility Options by Device and Browser

Temporarily Adjust Text Size

Users have the ability to temporarily adjust the font size for each browser tab by using the zoom-in/zoom-out tool on their desktop device. Since this is a temporary solution, font size may not save if you open another tab or window.

For Windows Desktop users (on keyboard):

  • Zoom in: Press the CTRL and + keys
  • Zoom out: Press the CTRL and - keys

For Mac OS X Desktop users (on keyboard):

  • Zoom in: Press the CMD and + keys
  • Zoom out: Press the CMD and - keys

For users on mobile devices:

Audio for Written Content

For each of our articles, we also provide our users with the option to listen to the article through an audio recording. This can be found just before the written content of the article, and is also keyboard accessible:
